For those who enjoy boating, secure parking is provided, along with nearby boat ramps just minutes away.

After a day of exploration, the fully enclosed yard is perfect for children and pets to play safely. The spacious lounge area is ideal for relaxing with a good book, and the covered outdoor area provides a wonderful setting to enjoy alfresco meals. The beautifully maintained garden offers a serene spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

This charming property is the perfect escape for those seeking a mix of sun, surf, and tranquility in a family- and pet-friendly environment.

The house includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet, along with one car space. Linen is included, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, subject to service provider availability, and pets are welcome.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 also has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 is furnished with two Single beds.

Please note that this property is not suitable for Schoolies, bucks, or hens groups, and a strict no-party policy is enforced. Bookings will be canceled if these policies are violated. Guests under 25 years of age must obtain prior approval, and Schoolies bookings will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
