The apartment is fully furnished with all new furniture and boasts spectacular views from the front bedroom, living and dining room. There is a large table and BBQ for alfresco dining with the beautiful Clarence River as the back drop.
The unit is a work in progress, the new owners are renovating the bathroom and putting in a butlers pantry and dishwasher in the near future, so take advantage of the reduced price prior to the future upgrades.
Only a short walk to the Sedgers Reed Hotel, the main street and shops and the World Heritage Rainforest Walk.

GEORGINA R - 26th October 2023We enjoyed our stay at the Net Shed. The beds and couches were comfortable. The location is fantastic. The sliding doors into the bedrooms need to be looked at. They stick and the one that opens into the two bedrooms comes off its hinges. There was a lot of flies around when we ate outside and after some investigation I found they were coming from the compost bin. It was full of maggots and flies and stunk. It should be removed. The amount of flies made being outside unpleasant.
Breathtaking Views
Tracey - 4th September 2023Great location with stunning water views. Bed was super comfy. Outdoor under cover area to sit back and chill. Shower and laundry are combined. Family sized fridge and washer and dryer. There is no under cover parking. BBQ on site. A great location with easy two minute walk to the centre of Iluka.

Mustafa T - 6th February 2023I booked here for the view and got what I wanted. Quite and peaceful. Took my mother and brother here to enjoy some quality family time together. Spacious home with combined living dining and kitchen area. Rooms sizes are decent. The backyard is the seller as it has an amazing view facing the bay, and easy access to the bay from the backyard. Enjoyed our brekky with a view every morning!

Chris J - 22nd November 2022The Net Shed needs a lot of work ie sound proofing the ceiling as upstairs guests were very noisy. Bedroom configuration was weird having to walk through another to get to the bathroom. The garden needs a lot of work. However we enjoyed our stay as the location was what saved it for us.
Great location, quirky unit, very comfy beds
Gavin C - 30th August 2022The location doesn't get much better and it'd be a great spot to let the kids go play on the sand and you can keep an eye on them from the house. The layout is quirky, but that's fine. It has 3 bedrooms but be aware that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next bedroom. The beds are incredibly comfy which is exactly what you want when you go to stay somewhere. Would stay there again.

Margaret - 18th May 2021The Net Shed is not a mansion but the location makes up for it. We had a very comfortable and relaxing time watching the coming and goings on the water and the birdlife and seeing some amazing sunsets. Caught some fish too. A great spot and we hope to get back again soon.
Great Family Holiday
EvaK - 12th October 2020The Net Shed has a fabulous location close to shops, the weekend market, the pub, the bowlo, the fish co-op and of course the river. Basic, clean and comfortable accommodation, suitable for a family or close friends. We brought bicycles for the kids and they just went off down the lanes by themselves. The kids swam everyday just a few steps from the house, while we adults enjoyed a wine on the back lawn watching the dolphins glide past and the yachts bob about on the river. There were two televisions that didn't really get turned on for a whole week! We will definately be back!!

Julie - 1st April 2020Was a beautiful location to stay at Iluka NSW. Right on the water. Very peaceful. The comfort of the furniture and bedding was amazing. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not of high standard. We actually had to dust and vacuum before settling in for our holiday. It actually requires a professional clean from top to bottom. Im not stating this to be rude in anyway but saying this as truth.
