How L - 16th April 2025Nice clean place with plenty of room. The upstairs kitchen canopy needs to be cleaned as it drips oil when cooking. Needs a dryer and vacuum cleaner.

A great place for a big group
Alan S - 9th October 2024The Greenroom is a great place for a bg group because of the variety of spaces available within the property. Lights and airy upstairs, downstairs somplete with games room, big screen, comfortable sofas, large dining table. There is ample cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery etc. Location is great, short walk to the river, short drive to the sea. A little maintenance would improve it, eg the broken sofa upstairs, and the frustrating cupboard doors and drawers in the upstairs kitchen.
