The location is central to town with a Bowls Club across the road making it a short stroll to enjoy a night out in Iluka. The upstairs deck at the front of the property makes relaxing on holidays easy to do whilst enjoying the sea breeze of an afternoon. If you prefer to be active on holidays the rainforest walk is a must to do and situated just down the road.
Undercover parking for a boat and car along with a fully fenced yard for the kids to run around in.

A beautiful home
Peter R - 22nd November 2023We stayed in the upstairs section of this stunning home and enjoyed every minute. The home is very spacious,light, bright and airy; it’s also equipped with all you need. It was spotlessly clean; we have frequent weekends away and I always find the homes to be superficially cleaned. This home is cleaned thoroughly and properly. The garden is big with undercover parking and is fully fenced. We were so appreciative our little dog was welcome. LJ Hooker staff were lovely too!
Anexcellent place to stay
Wendy L - 5th October 2023Centrally located, great backyard for a dog or children, undercover off street secure parking. Just be aware that this unit it up a set of open wooden stairs if you have a dog that baulks at stairs or if you,, yourself, have trouble with a steep climb with all your belongings. Other than that, once inside, everything was lovely.
