LJ Hooker Iluka proudly presents "Tarraloo"". A modern, spacious, reverse cycle air-conditioned and fully renovated home only 100 metres from the river.
Watch the world go by on the large covered timber deck, great for all weather entertaining. An attractive open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is most suitable for family living. An outdoor portable gas BBQ is available for guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a sunroom/sleep-out at the rear of the house with a double bed, single trundle, and a second TV and DVD player. The house boasts a spacious bathroom/toilet, and an additional separate toilet. Up to 7 guests can be comfortably accommodated.
There is a large double carport, with plenty of undercover space for your boat and vehicle. Plus there is a single garage with internal entry & drive through access to fully fenced rear yard. The front yard is also fully fenced, so that children can play outdoors under shelter. There are two boat ramps for small to medium sized boats just 2 minutes away, and for larger boats the main ramp is just a 3-4 minute drive. Fish cleaning facilities are also located at the main boat ramp in Spenser Street.

Great for Quiet Break
Lisa F - 17th October 2024We have been coming to Tarraloo for 10yrs+. We love that it is situated in a quiet area, with quick getaway to a sand ramp for our tinny. Helpful aspects are that the garage has roller door to backyard for boat cleaning and an extra freezer in garage. It is always clean and has sufficient (albiet old) kitchen amenities.

Great Holiday House, especially with a boat
nevillepedro - 2nd June 2015our third time to 17 loxton st, ideal location with my 4.5m console boat ,plenty of room for my boat and car under cover. the house has always been clean and tidy. nice quiet location and only a few minutes walk to the river. love the kitchen . a home away from home. last there the last two weeks of may 2015. would recommend this holiday house to any one especially if you are having a boating holiday. Peaceful Oasis
