This delightful 3 bedroom cottage has been lovingly renovated, providing an authentic Iluka experience while supplying modern convenience. Situated close to the river, this holiday destination is ideal for those who love boating and fishing, but if you prefer a more relaxed time, you can take in the incredible Iluka sunsets over the famous Clarence River.
A front and back deck, along with the garden offer great outdoor areas to unwind and conveniently at the rear, there is a second toilet and scaling station. Great for BBQs and entertaining on the back deck. A double carport gives plenty of room for the car/or a boat.
With a nod to the beach cottages of days gone by and a fresh modern feel, Ray-Bon is a perfect Iluka retreat.

Winter Bliss

We enjoyed the spacious home, the well-appointed kitchen, the huge TV, the fast and reliable Wifi, the sunny back deck, the very hot water and the air conditioning on cold evenings. The coffee wagon at the golf club was a short walk away. There was plenty of room for all the fishing gear and everything was clean and convenient. Hope to be back!

Very relaxing place
Pamela K - 24th May 2024We were very happy with our accommodation which we spent a lot of time inside as it rained everyday we were there except one. Very well equipped and extremely happy having sharp chopping knives as this is not the norm it’s the little things people, and they are there.

Beachside Cottage
Guy E - 17th August 2023Ray-Bon was great and I can not fault the property. I personally may have under estimated how far it was from town but that is also a nice feature as it is super quiet. I particularly enjoyed the short bush walk to the coffee shop that is on the corner of the golf course about 1km away.
