Nice unit but
Mandy B - 22nd January 2025The unit was lovely and plenty big enough for the 7 of us, but there was only 3 outdoor chairs you could sit on and only 6 dining room chairs, so we were forever taking chairs in and out. I think if you cater for 8 people there should be at least 8 chairs outside.
Its gone downhill
Jen F - 13th January 2025We are repeat tennants at Newhaven. There was less kitchen items, plenty of knives but none where sharp and the seal on the oven door is off. The upstairs communal aircon didn't work, blew air but none was cold. The place was clean but still sand left in many corners including both showers. Newhaven really suits our family so I hope this is helpful.

Steve H - 31st October 2024Unit 4 Newhaven 91 Charles St is a fantastic getaway! Its central location makes it super convenient, with Sedgers Reef Bistro and the Iluka Bowling Club just a short walk away. The unit itself is spacious, spread over two stories, and features a lovely barbecue area out back—perfect for family gatherings. Inside, you'll find all the amenities you need, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as an extra shower and toilet downstairs. We had eight family members stay comfortably.

Stephen D - 3rd October 2024Unit in very good location but while the day to day cleaning was good the general maintenance could be improved - downstairs air conditioner not working (even after put in batteries), weeds, sliding doors hardly openable, rain leaks thru downstairs windows in rain.
Accommodation for the budget minded.
Lyndon D - 20th February 2024The property had adequate facilities and was comfortable. The location near the limited main shopping centre was pleasing. The out of season tariff was reasonable but the add on fees pushed the tariff to a high level for our short stay. Perhaps that is the standard on the coast these days.
