LJ Hooker Iluka proudly presents 'My-Luka", a modern, stylish & fully renovated 3 bedroom house. Directly across the road from the Clarence River, the living room and front porch captures glimpses of tranquil river life. 'My-Luka' has it all, offering a fantastic layout, perfect for all the family or a relaxing weekend away with friends. Entertaining has never been easier with a servery window connecting the kitchen to the undercover alfresco entertaining area, complete with its own outdoor kitchen and a fire-pit to gather around on a chilly night. There is also a ping-pong table in the garage for the kids.
The house is set back off the road, making it not only peaceful and private but allowing plenty of room to park your cars and boat securely on the property. Only a few minutes drive/bike ride to anywhere in town, down to the multiple beaches that are great for a surf or wandering down the road to one of the many National Parks Iluka has to offer.
There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boats.

Great holiday home

Steve B - 27th March 2024A couple of bicycles would be helpful due to distance from town centre and beach. Labelling the house keys would be nice, i.e. which key for which door. King sized bed was nice. Table tennis was also handy.

Great location with room for boats and vehicles *Pile of household and old white goods waste along drive way probably not a good look for a rental property trying to attract rentals.Not removed during our stay *Lawns appeared not to have been done for sometime on arrival.Had to request a cut via LJ Hooker. Did get done again during stay though. * Suggest the owner could consider installing some air conditioning to the house to make it more comfortable during warmer months

Marcus H - 4th December 2023It's a great property in an awesome location. But we were pretty disappointed in the bathroom. I don't think the shower had seen a scrubbing brush or bleach in months. Then i started to look around and noticed cobwebs in most corners of most rooms. When i was getting m y socks from under the king bed it was evident that had never (not for some time) been cleaned under there. It would defiantly pay to check the place after the cleaners have been.

My-Luka was just stunning and was fantastic for the kids with the Bunk beds, TV in room and Games room and play area out the back. We had such a beautiful time and loved the property. Easy access to the Water for walks and also not far from the beach. So quiet - It was just fantastic. Thank you for letting us use your property and for taking the DOG also.

Tracey M - 27th April 2023This was our second time staying here and we had the best time. Absolutely love this house. It’s so comfortable and roomy and has everything you need for a great holiday. LJ Hooker are so friendly and easy to deal with. The king bed is really comfy as are the lounges. Heaps of room for our car and boat and our dogs love the huge yard. Good fishing right across the road and the boat ramp only being a 2 minute drive away is perfect. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
Rest and Relaxation
Lesley P - 23rd December 2022We had a wonderful stay at Rainforest Retreat, the location is green and pleasant and the birdsong is beautiful. The house has all you need for a relaxing and restful holiday. Our dogs loved the big front yard and we were within walking distance of all we needed, the rainforest walk is just metres away. Just a short drive to the dog beach. We will be back

There are quite a few steps in the house and outside which is a bit tricky with small kids and maybe a aircon could be considered because its cold and the fireplace isn’t safe for young children, but apart from that the place is beautiful, had everything you could need and right across from the water and the Realestate have great communication. Will be back for sure
Perfect family getaway
Sally O - 29th June 2022My Luka is just perfect for a beach side getaway, it’s been beautifully renovated & has everything you need, a huge outdoor area and a large fenced yard for the dog as well as a fire place to keep u warm, the area is quiet and right on the river and we had plenty of room to park the boat off the street, the fish cleaning table and hose in the front yard was an added bonus. The bikes were much appreciated too! Thanks to Rod from LJ Hooker for organising it all for us, we’d definitely stay again!
Wonderful family holiday house!
Emma K - 16th June 2022Gorgeous little cottage with lots of room for the whole family. Stayed with 3 kids, the Grandparents and the family doggo with room to spare. Great yard and fully fenced, close to shops and a stones through away from the river across the road. WiFi and plenty of entertainment with many TV'S to choose from along with table tennis out the back. The BEST part, a toy box of toys that had my 2 year old through entertained. Such a lovely holiday home, 10/10 would recommend!

Alan W - 13th January 2022Great house with plenty of room. BBQ area and garage very good. Only negatives were: 1. when paying three and a half thousand for 8 nights very disappointing that internet was not accessible for the full week, especially given the week phone coverage so hotspotting not a good option. With grand kids wanting to access Netflix etc and my son needing to zoom in etc to work this was our major complaint, especially as advertised with internet. 2. gas bottles both empty on arrival. Frustrating!

Fabulous place
TraceyM - 27th May 2021This is such a beautiful home to stay in. We had a great 8 night stay and will definitely be back again. Our dogs loved the yard and there was heaps of room for our boat as well. We loved the 2 and a half minute drive to the boat ramp and caught heaps of fish. The king bed was so comfy and the fire place kept the house so warm on a couple of chilly nights. LJH were very friendly and responsive to a query we had. There is nothing to fault with this accommodation. We fell in love with it and Iluka itself. Highly recommended.

Kelly - 8th February 2021Great house in a quiet & relaxing position in Iluka. We utilized the BBQ & outdoor area for every meal and our small dog enjoyed the big, fenced yard to run around in! Positioned a little further out of the main part of town, the walk along the foreshore is lovely though! We will definitely be back!

Gelena - 9th December 2020Lovely family feel cottage loads of room and outdoor gathering space. Bikes scooters games galore. Neat and tidy. Only lacking air con and wifi (boys disappointed couldn't watch cricket on TV). Otherwise well equipped.
