Bring the boat and park it in the secure tandem lock-up garage. Bring the bikes and explore Iluka this hidden gem away from the maddening crowds. Its only a short ride or drive to the World Heritage National Park and pristine beaches.
Being a three story home means you attract the beautiful breezes from all directions. Keeping you cool in summer and river glimpses from the top deck off the master bedroom. Just sit back and relax in and watch the world go by.

Lots of space
Jan H - 24th April 2025This house had lots of space for our three generations of family. On top floor is two bedrooms and bathroom, second floor two bedrooms, ensuite, lounge, verandah off the large kitchen. First level garage, laundry, toilet and another lounge. House was well equipped and beds comfortable. There were a few maintenance problems that need to be repaired especially condition of balcony on top level.
Great Location
James K - 1st April 2025Great Location but house was extremely hot and no air-conditioning. Upstairs outdoor area was leaking with water during rain. Downstairs carpets and staircase had an odour and kitchen tap leaked on benches.
Iluka I love it

Mates surf weekend

Spacious and peaceful home

The real estate team was kind and friendly as good old friends. This place was amazing, one of the best holiday house that I’ve ever been… Highly recommend for anyone.
