LJ Hooker is proud to present Iluka Villa 9 this lovingly renovated two bedroom, one bathroom villa. The unit is bright and airy and has been updated with modern furnishing, air-conditioning and a dishwasher. Open plan kitchen, living and dining area with all the mod cons and homely touches. With a queen sized bed in the master and two singles in the second bedroom that can be pushed together to create a king bed this unit is sure to suit a variety of guests. There is single car accommodation and lots of shared amenities at the Iluka Villa Complex to suit.
The Iluka Villa Complex is located right on the Clarence River, just two doors down from the main boat ramp. There is a shared pool, jetty, boat ramp, laundry, BBQ and a summer house (gazebo) on the peaceful rivers edge to enjoy the water views. Its only a short walk to the café at the boat shed and ferry terminal.
Units 9 & 10 are separately located to the side of the pool detached from the other units in the complex.

Wayne M - 19th February 2024We have stayed in Villa 9 a couple of times and always very happy with the modern decor. This time there have been a couple more changes which we appreciate. It is a very homely villa. Since our last visit all the buildings have been painted white together with all the surrounds newly painted. It looks amazing! as we live in Strata at Tweed and how hard it is for the Owners Corporation to agree to updates and spending money. The pool well maintained. THANK YOU - WE WILL BE BACK.

Lacking in a little general maintenance and local information, such as available cafe's, supermarkets etc. It was difficult to find our unit in the dark 8pm, so better markings and directions and lighting would be good for late arrivals. Amenities excellent.Standard single beds are a bit uncomfortable for tall people.

Ann H - 10th August 2022Everything about Villa 9 was great. The location the apartment was very pleasant. The comfy bed was welcoming as was the nice hot shower. The communal laundry however was another story . The dryer didn’t work and I lost my 4 $1 coins I needed to use it. This in itself is very dated! I can’t remember staying at an apartment and having to pay to use a dryer!!! In a caravan park maybe but not apartments where you pay good money to stay. Was forced to take wet washing home with me.
Convenient location
Suresh N - 11th May 2022The accommodation met our needs and was adequately equipped. Ideally located for us as we brought our boat along- there was a boat ramp on site for the sole use of tenants. Manoeuvring with a boat in tow was somewhat restricted. We were requested to bring our own blankets however these were provided. Front sliding door fly screen was damaged allowing flies and insects in. Cleaning products containers were underneath the sink but all completely empty.
