Would go again if cleaner
Englefield S - 25th February 2026The villa was set up nicely however it was not cleaned properly. There was hair found (which was not ours due to different colour), dust & dirty areas in kitchen and bathroom. There was no hand soap provided in the kitchen & bathroom - only a tiny slab in soap which wasn’t not in any packaging. The floor was not fully cleaned as there was sand & dirt. The stovetop was sticky & full of marks/oil marks. The room also smelt damp. Besides this, the location was amazing & would go again if cleaner.

Elanor B - 6th February 2024We really enjoyed the unit Number2 It was in very good condition and nice and clean with everything required The only improvement I would recommend is that due to very humid summer the worst since 2017 I would love to see it air conditioned in main living area or bedroom as despite ceiling fans we had trouble sleeping The only thing needing repair which we reported was sticky glass door tumbler lock We would love to stay there again love the town but would come probably in March to escape heat

Sandra R - 5th August 2023The unit is very well appointed with just a few issues the owner may want to address Front door sliding doors need silicon spray for easier movement . I found the laundry to be dirty at times and not pleasant to use but I suppose that is not the owner’s problem even though it is advertised on the rental particulars. The bbq!!! Wouldn’t use it in a fit and don’t know how on earth you would be legally able to charge for cleaning not knowing who used it, happy to speak to someone

Johan M - 17th November 2021If you want peace & quiet and take time to relax, do nothing but perhaps read a book. If you want to go on rain forest walks, surf at the beach, get fresh seafood directly from the co-op, then this is the place to stay. The Apartment was lovely for the two of us. It has been renovated to a high standard and is very comfortable. Whilst the building is due for a revamp (which I believe is on the cards), the pool, jetty, pergola by the Clarence Rivers edge and boat ramp are a wonderful asset.

Andrew - 19th May 2021We loved this newly renovated property. It was spotlessly clean, felt big enough to relax in when the weather wasn't good and the kitchen was fully furnished. The summer house and jetty were a real benefit and we loved a few sundowners there each evening. We can't wait to return!
