still a pleasant property but more attention should be given to maintenance
Catherine M - 14th January 2026We enjoy our yearly stay in Bundjalung and would like to book again for next year, same time. We noticed some wear and tear n the following the flushing mechanism of the toilet is very wobbly and the toilet is getting hard to flush especially for children. The door from the garden to the dining locks itself from the inside when the door closes. It requires the key to open. If other doors are locked and the keyleft inside on the assumption that door is not, one may not be able to get back in

Perfect house to totally relax
Paul a - 31st December 2024We had the best relaxing time at 16 luxton avenue. The house was very tidy, neighbourhood very quiet, pool was beautiful to take a dip after a hot day of fishing and exploring. Will definately come and stay again. We will definately book through LJHooker again too. The staff were delightful and very pleasant to deal with and informed us what to bring (sheets, towels and loo paper). Hopefully one day we will return to buy a house through LJHooker at Iluka.

Erin W - 3rd December 2024As a family of 5, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bundjalung. There was plenty of room for us to spread out- even a separate area for the kids with their own TV. The pool was well maintained, as well as the rest of the property. I would highly recommend this house for a family stay at Iluka.
Good Accomadation
Dean M - 14th October 2024Nice spacious house for our family of 5. Clean & things to keep kids entertained. Have to drive to most places as abit outa town bit nice walks around if u like that. Needs some in house Intructions noted in kitchen for wifi hook up & stove/gas operation etc otherwise very comfy stay.
disappointed - a few things if attended too, would have made our stay much more comfortable
Catherine M - 29th January 2024tiles on back verandah was dirty and kids coming out of the pool got black feet immediately air con released mould in the air, needed servicing and we had two very hot nights where no one could sleep. not rake provided for the pool and had to call Hooker to come and fish out a dead frog. Alarm went out one night at 4am for no apparent reasons. A hose could be provided for tap outside so guests don't drag sand on back deck. pantry not overly clean and kitchen cupboard could do with tidy up

Beautiful home away from home
Michelle P - 11th January 2024My husband,myself and 4 kids had a lovely stay here.one little thing was the room with the 3 single beds.It was very stuffy and hot,maybe a pedestal fan near the bed closest to the door.A few cleaning and maintenance issues but nothing major,and that pool was awesome!

Alecia W - 2nd December 2021We loved our stay at Bundjalung and Baby Bundjalung! The outdoor setting was a magical place to sit, relax and read while the children played in the pool. The house felt like home from the moment we arrived. Bundjalung was clean, comfortable and a great size, with everything we could have needed. Having the extra fridges and freezer was a welcomed surprise. We made many wonderful memories and are looking forward to visiting again.

Good location
Belinda - 21st December 2020Unfortunately when we were there a LOT of rain was around, not sure if this was the reason but we had a number of electrical issues, to be fair the real estate was quite responsive in sending electrician and plumber trying to get all the issues sorted. The house is in a good quiet location only a few minutes walk from the river. The house itself was nice (we had both the main house bundjalung and the converted garage baby bundjalung) it was nice to have a pool but the internal furniture seriously needs fixing up. The lounge had cushions that were all bunched up like $2 pillows making it absolutely horrible to sit on (think being on an angle and straining your back) and the queen bed in the bedroom furthest down the hallway needs replacing as it is a bit rickitty.
