LJ Hooker Iluka presents "Greenwood House". A great 2 story house with that beach feel. Popular amongst our regular holiday makers with its spaciousness and fantastic location. Enclosed in a full fenced yard over two large house blocks there is plenty of room for your car and boat. Access to the yard is a breeze with dual street access from Charles Street or Queen Lane.
Situated in the heart of Iluka this property is a short walk to most things. Iluka Bay is only 50 metres away, shops and cafes located no further than a block walk away and Iluka's beautiful beaches are only a short car ride.
The family friendly property is prefect to bring the whole family plus your furry friends. Enjoy a BBQ on the large timber deck while the kids are entertained either playing pool or ping pong in the rumpus room downstairs (please note our pool table has been well-loved and shows its character and a few imperfections, please be kind). All of the beds mattresses have been replaced in January 2021 for your comfort and a great nights sleep.
Whether you are sitting back relaxing on the deck, fishing or enjoying Iluka's beautiful beaches you can't help but be impressed by Greenwood House!

Parties, large gatherings or loud music are not permitted in Greenwood House at any time. Only registered guests are permitted in Greenwood House. In the event of visitors to the property they must depart by 10pm.

Lovely location
Lynn G - 26th January 2025Great location / fabulous yard Accommodation bright, clean & airy / suited our large family comfortably Only issue was one neighbours 3 border collie dogs were always barking & running up & down the fence at our Labrador (no issues with neighbour who owned the dogs though, he was very nice) Maybe suggest a colourbond fence needs to be installed so the dogs can’t see each other??

Greenwood House Illuka
Colin - 24th April 2024We have stayed at greenwood house twice now and also have booked it again for october. This time i took my family consisting of 6 adults and four grandchildren and all of them loved it. Great for the kids swimming and playing and riding bikes etc and there is ample room for parking and kids to play outside. The location is close to everything and the house itself has everything you need and is perfect for a family get away.We highly recommend greenwood house

Kirsty M - 28th March 2024Great house. Great location. Please consider installing a toddler gate. My 3 year old fell down the stairs, split her lip and chipped a tooth. My nephew also feel down and split open his chin. Otherwise everything else was great.

It's location is perfect, the house well-appointed and the property large enough for the kids to roam safely within the fenced yard all the while being watched from the comfort of the large upstairs deck. We love Greenwood House and can't recommend it highly enough.

Brett M - 9th November 2023We were so excited to have our second stay at this great home. We have had a busy year and were expecting a lovely quiet stay. Unfortunately the neighbour's dogs (3). Was sad to see them in such a tight area. We were woken at 5am most mornings with them barking. We did contact the agent and they were brilliant, however the owner was obusive to my husband and that was incredibly uncomfortable. Our dog does not bark, so we struggled.. Hope this improves. Respect goes two ways. No reflection on

Trent S - 2nd February 2023INCREDIBLY well-appointed house - very well stocked with EVERYTHING needed for a home away from home: dishwasher, vacuum, coffee machine + very comfy beds/pillows. PLENTY of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cooped up. The deck is great, the yard is huge (and very secure) and the property is so close to the water, shops, servo etc which makes it ideal. ABSOLUTLEY loved our time here and couldn't recommend this property highly enough to others wanting a FABULOUS time away.

Very clean and credit to who ever styled the place. We reccomend a new toaster, hooks for bath towels in bedrooms, and a gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. We loved it and will be back ❤

Elke - 18th January 2020Just spent our second time at Greenwood house and plan to return. Perfect for our needs, kids loved playing pool and riding their bikes and scooters around town. The deck is beautifully breezy with a high position. Best of all our dog loves playing ball on the big block. Can’t wait until next year!

Anne B - 13th July 2015Lots of space for the largest groups. Very well equipped, only need to bring bed linen and towels. Modern well equipped kitchen. Fantastic yard with room for kids, backyard cricket, football, skateboarding and loads of parking. Yard is fully enclosed - safe for kids and pets. Walking distance to shops, baker, butcher, grocery store and coffee shop. Fresh seafood from the coop nearby. Would highly recommend Greenwood House. And looking forward to return visit at Xmas. Just like Byron but before it go so trendy but better.

ROD - 21st June 2015A wonderful holiday house for a large family or a group. Very well positioned in the main part of town, very large and secure yard for boats etc and a comfortable house which is nicely appointed. A top spot which our group will continue to use for our annual get-together.
