Welcome to Crowes Nest, a relaxed family-friendly holiday home in the beautiful coastal village of Iluka. Ideally located within walking distance of Iluka Bay and the town centre, you’ll have local shops, cafés and the waterfront all within easy reach.
Sleeping up to 6 guests, Crowes Nest is a great base for enjoying everything Iluka has to offer. Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating or exploring the nearby beaches and stunning natural surrounds, then return home to unwind in the large shaded outdoor entertaining area.
The property features a secure, fully fenced backyard, providing plenty of outdoor space for the family and your four-legged companion. Off-street parking is available at the front of the property.
All linen is supplied.
Pets Allowed
Crowes Nest is pet friendly; however, pets are to remain outside at all times. The secure, fully fenced backyard makes it easy to bring your furry family member along.
Please note: The garage is not included and is not available for guest use.

perfect destination
Ewen McIntosh - 27th March 2023we enjoyed our stay, the hose was well equiped. if there was one negative it would be good to see a little larger area with some pavers at the front entry to stop getting sand/grass in the house, otherwise all good. we loved that we could walk to just boy everything, the IGA being so close was an added bonus thanks to all the staff and the cleaners and maintenance people
The perfect long weekend end away
Rebecca Geissa - 23rd March 2023This place was perfect for myself and husband, father and two kids. They had a had. 2 minute walking distance to swim. Just a relaxed and peaceful place. So friendly. Conveniently close by IGA . We had a much needed relaxing and excellent weekend!

Well appointed house in convenient location
Janos Ertz - 3rd February 2022A bright and comfortable house for our family of 4, the galley kitchen with breakfast bar was very well equipped and the open plan living made for convenient family living. Comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans. A large carport with roller doors made it easy to store all our toys securely, and there was a well fenced backyard with patio and barbecue. Handy location for IGA and takeaways and not far from the bay.

Excellent Holiday Home
ScottEaster2021 - 16th April 2021Our family & pet dog had a lovely stay at Crowes Nest. The home was centrally located to town centre, river & beaches which was ideal for us. A nice house with all of the amentities on hand, good back yard & double garage for car storage. Thanks again to Nicole & the staff at L J Hooker for their service.
Very Disappointed.
Anonymous - 6th January 2021We stayed here over New Years. House is a lot smaller than pictures. Screens have holes, leaving house full of mosquitos and flies. Clothes line is also broken, and leaning towards one side, making it very difficult to hang clothes. Definitely not family friendly, we left a day earlier than expected due to not enjoying our stay, unfortunately.
