An outdoor portable gas BBQ is available for guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and built in robes, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a sunroom/sleep-out at the rear of the house with a double bed, single trundle, and a second TV and DVD player. The house boasts a spacious bathroom/toilet, and an additional separate toilet. Up to 7 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

There is a large double carport, with plenty of undercover space for your boat and vehicle. Plus there is a single garage with internal entry & drive through access to fully fenced rear yard.
