We have stayed at greenwood house twice now and also have booked it again for october. This time i took my family consisting of 6 adults and four grandchildren and all of them loved it. Great for the kids swimming and playing and riding bikes etc and there is ample room for parking and kids to play outside. The location is close to everything and the house itself has everything you need and is perfect for a family get away.We highly recommend greenwood house

We absolutely loved the location such a beautiful spot right on the water. Realestate great to deal with and helped with any problems. Cleanliness was a bit lacking but this was fixed when requested. Some more comfortable beds and linen would add to the property so much. Overall we would stay again the kids loved it. We had a lovely holiday.

The Greenroom offers a unique combination of well designed house and well-equipped ‘extra sapce, both accommodation, an extra fully equipped kitchen and a games room. We were a group of 8, three generations, it worked really well for us. And the back gate opens almost directly to a very good cafe, excellent coffee and food for breakfast or lunch. Iluka is a gem. The house is walking distance to the ferry to Yamba, river walk and a shaort drive to the seafront. Pet friendly, and excellent wifi

Good house, good position
Lots of little cockroaches so needs to be addressed
Also a dryer would be handy
Mattresses on beds not very comfortable. After 4 days happy to be leaving.

Unit had everything you need and is in a great location. Kids loved the pool & private jetty.

Spent a week here for a fishing trip. Convenient location in town with plenty of space to lock both boats in the shed. House was comfy. Could do with some ceiling fans in rooms.
